Molood Ceccarelli is a remote work strategist and an agile coach. She is often referred to as the queen of remote work in the agile communities around the world. She is the founder of Remote Forever, a company that consults in agile coaching and creates online courses and workshops for remote agilists. Molood is on a mission to equip people in agile organizations with the skills to work effectively remotely, and help remote leaders to learn agile ways of working so that they can lead more productive, effective and of course fun remote teams. Molood has a background in computer security and software development and a passion for agile coaching and human psychology, not to forget her love of traveling and working remotely. She has even a few years of journalism experience under her belt from her teenage years. The combination of her background and interests have given her a unique advantage to be the effective agile coach for distributed companies that are on a journey to become agile. She believes remote work is the future of work. As an agile coach, she is on a mission to help people in agile organizations to experience freedom and happiness in their work. In 2017, Molood founded and hosted Remote Forever Summit, an annual online summit about distributed agile that has over the years attracted over 10k attendees and over 20 speakers from all around the world. Peter Jackson is an architect and project manager who works with SOM's design team and clients on a wide range of commercial, residential, and large scale, mixed-use projects throughout the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Jackson joined SOM in 2007 to work on major residential regeneration projects across London, before extending his portfolio to include projects in Europe, Dubai, India, and Vietnam. His work is representative of SOM’s interdisciplinary approach, with projects that draw together urban design, architecture, structural engineering, and interior design. As part of this work, he relishes the opportunity to achieve sustainability and socially-minded outcomes that can lead the industry forward. With extensive experience managing complex projects in London, Jackson has recently led SOM’s involvement in the urban regeneration of New Covent Garden Market and 100 Leadenhall Street, as well as Karlatornet in Gothenburg. Jackson is the practice leader for SOM’s work in Europe and contributes to industry-wide dialogue as chair of the RIBA’s Large Practice Expert Group.

Niall Gaffney is IPUT’s Chief Executive, a position he has held since 2007. Niall was appointed to the IPUT Board of Directors in January 2021. Under his leadership the company has been transformed from a wholly Irish owned property fund, to become an internationally recognised real estate brand which now has a substantial global institutional shareholder base. Over more than a decade, he has been instrumental in raising over €1.2 billion of equity from global real estate investors and built IPUT to become the largest owner of offices and logistics assets in Dublin. IPUT has delivered industry leading returns during his tenure as CEO. Niall has also spearheaded IPUT’s sustainability programme and commitment to redeveloping its portfolio which, in turn, supports long term secure returns for shareholders.

Ronan currently works for the Hines EMEA Capital Markets Group and is responsible for raising equity from European investors for Hines products across the globe. Ronan also previously worked on the acquisitions & development team in Hines Ireland and prior to joining Hines, he worked for the real estate developer Time Equities in New York. Ronan holds a Bachelor of Business & Law from University College Dublin (UCD)
